Baking soda is a cheap and safe acne remedy that you can use from home. Baking soda is used for both acne and acne scar treatment. I like it somewhat but I actually like and recommend sea or epsom salt even more. The only thing that I don’t like about using baking soda for acne is that it removes natural oils from your skin. This is why I recommend using sea or epsom salt instead of baking soda because it doesn’t do this.
There are many things that you can do to treat your acne naturally from home and that is why I created the Acne Erasing Secrets channel on youtube. I also created the acne erasing secrets e-course and blog as well to go along with it. There are many other amazing treatments that you can use for acne besides baking soda and sea salt. In my videos I also highly recommend apple cider vinegar along with aztec indian healing clay.
These all together work extremely well and are very effective. I also recommend ahava dead sea mud as well because it’s a good way to cleanse your skin of impurities and allow the pores to be clear and regrow healthy skin as well. It is important to have a healthy diet and to drink a lot of water to keep your body and skin hydrated as well.
The last thing that is important that I recommend you do is to keep optimistic and positive about getting your skin clear again. I have found that by having a positive mental attitude, smiling, laughing and continuing to have a healthy emotional state your health and skin will be healthier and clearer as well. I had to personally conquer my mind in order to clear up my skin and you will need to as well.
