There are many acne treatments that can help clear up your skin. I also recommend limes as well. Lemon’s and limes are great to add to water as well as to add to a simple skin care regimen as well. Another effective method that I use is to use epsom or sea salt in order to cleanse and exfoliate your skin. This is simply a way to exfoliate and neutralize the extra things on or in your skin that cause acne to grow. Lemon, Lime and salt are all amazing for cleansing the skin internally and externally so be sure to use them.
Another great cleansing agent is simply water. Water is something that hydrates your body as well as cleanses the body and skin from toxins as well. I recommend that you drink 50% of your body weight in ounces of water each day. My recommendation is that you drink purified or spring water in order to benefit the most from being hydrated because tap water is not as healthy as it used to be.
