Acne is a skin condition that is caused by inflammation and toxicity in the body. Acne will grow out of control and become worse if not treated naturally and holistically. Your body breaks out in acne and pimples because it’s out of balance and toxins in your body aren’t escaping through your digestive system so it escapes out of your skin instead.
I had acne for over 5 years and tried everything from proactiv to many other skin care products as well in order too try to clear up my acne yet none of it worked and my acne only got worse over time. I realized that I needed to stop using toxic skin care products and treatments because these only dried out my skn and made my skin worse. You want to give your body the health and the nutrition that it needs in order to stay healthy and to keep your skin healthy and clear.
Over this time period I learned a lot about clearing up acne and your skin so I started writing and teaching people how to clear up their acne naturally from home. I created the Acne Erasing Secrets channel on youtube and now because I have cleared up my skin and acne 100% naturally I want to share what I have learned with others so that they can clear up their acne too.
One thing I recommend that you do is to drink more water on a daily basis. Most people are dehydrated and they don’t even know it! If you are thirsty at any time then you are dehydrated.
