Acne is a difficult skin condition to treat, many people around the world each year struggle to treat their acne and to get rid of it with no success. If you really want to get rid of your acne you need to have an open mind to learning and educate yourself in this area instead of just trying every pill and cream that your dermatologist throws your way.
Unfortunately in today’s society many dermatologists and doctors have a conflict of interest when ti come’s to treating their patients. They diagnose a problem, classify it then find the quickest solution they can sell you to solve that problem. Unfortunatley the solutions that they are presented with are not natural, do not work all that well and have side effects.
Things like accutane, benzoyl peroxide and a variety of other acne anti-biotics and creams don’t do anything for your skin but dry it out and cause further problems. If you are using an anti-biotic or strong harsh chemical or cream on your skin I recommend that you stop using it right away because not only are you making your skin worse but you are also effecting your health negatively in the long run.
In order to get your skin back on track I recommend that you use nothing for a bit and drink a lot of water to cleanse and purify your body and skin. Your skin is the largest organ in your body and it stores a lot of junk and we want to make sure that it is healthy, hydrated and has all the vitamins and minerals that it needs to function properly all the time.
Then I recommend that you use all natural skin care and cosmetic products to actually give your skin nutrition and to give it the health that it needs in order to be clear.
