Majority of adolescent individuals suffer from acne which is an inflammatory skin disease. The condition normally starts to disappear when the person reaches mid twenties. A significant proportion of adolescents experience scarring when the inflammation disappears. Scarring affects the individual emotionally and is quite embarrassing. It can be a difficult process to find a good plastic surgeon. There can be a lot of things on your mind when considering entrusting another person with your bodily and emotional well-being. In the simplest dimension your surgeon should be licensed, but you should also consider compatibility. These things cost money, time and emotional strength. Don’t make that investment lightly.

When choosing a surgeon it is essential to check, they have the skills, experience and a proven reputation for putting the patients interests first, and that should be more important than the cost.
