It is one of the most common vitamins that our body needs in order to remain healthy. That vitamin is called vitamin C. Our body does not produce Vitamin C naturally, so it’s important that we get it by other means. There are two common ways of absorbing vitamin C into your body, one way is by getting it through the foods that we eat. Another way is to get it by taking a daily vitamin supplement.

According to Mark Moyad MD, MPH, who studied the health benefits of vitamin C, proposes that the RDA recommended 75-90mg serving of vitamin C per day, is not adequate. He recommends 500mg of vitamin C per day in addition to 5 servings of fruit and vegetables to fully reap the full health benefits. He recommends taking supplements instead of trying to work in a huge amount of fruits and vegetables every day.

You already are aware of how essential it is to reduce cholesterol to have a healthy heart. After all, if your heart is in bad shape then the rest of you isn’t going to be healthy either. I have never had Lasik eye surgery, although I have had both of my human lenses replaced with plastic ones. However, I wanted to help a friend retell his story of Lasik eye surgery, because I know from my own experience that there is a lot of nonsense talked about having eye surgery of any form.

One of the most important things that our body needs is blood and the proper circulation of this blood is what allows us to survive physically. The cool thing about our bodies is that their resilient, however if we continue to abuse our bodies with lack of exercise and an improper diet the body will eventually give out.
