It is one of the most common vitamins that our body needs in order to remain healthy. That vitamin is called vitamin C. Our body does not produce Vitamin C naturally, so it’s important that we get it by other means. There are two common ways of absorbing vitamin C into your body, one way is by getting it through the foods that we eat. Another way is to get it by taking a daily vitamin supplement.

According to Mark Moyad MD, MPH, who studied the health benefits of vitamin C, proposes that the RDA recommended 75-90mg serving of vitamin C per day, is not adequate. He recommends 500mg of vitamin C per day in addition to 5 servings of fruit and vegetables to fully reap the full health benefits. He recommends taking supplements instead of trying to work in a huge amount of fruits and vegetables every day.

Paramedic courses are needed for you to learn how to save lives. Through these classes, you will learn how to provide emergency medical care to patients before they are brought to the hospital. This includes situations like the splintering of fractured limbs to assisting people who have taken a drug overdose. Some victims also need to be stabilized before they can be moved to a hospital. The paramedic program will include classroom, lab and field training for aspiring paramedics.

Physician assistant degree programs can be found in both physician assistant schools as well as in online sites. The cheapest that can qualify you to get a certification is a bachelor\’s degree but it is extremely recommended to reach at least a master\’s degree before going after a profession as physician assistant.

Ascorbic acid was discovered in 1932, but medical professionals and scientists knew the value of citrus fruits long before 1932. According to the Harvard School of Public Health close to 2 million sailors died from scurvy between 1500 and 1800. It was not until 1932 that doctors discovered that the actual cause of scurvy was from a vitamin C deficiency.
