Biotin is one of the B-vitamins. There are eight vitamins that make up B-complex. Biotin is one of those eight; and it is made naturally in the small intestine. It can also be ingested by eating meats and legumes. Biotin is given as a supplement in certain cases. A deficiency can arise during pregnancy and is often prescribed to avoid a deficiency.

Lactose Intolerance symptoms can be very uncomfortable and unpleasant. The symptoms vary in severity. Some may have a small bit of nausea but others may throw up. A few people may experience diarrhea while others have excessive gas. Abdominal bloating may accompany lactose intolerance or it may cause someone to double over in cramping abdominal pain.

Once in the hoary past, a day worker was tying iron wire on a slanted roof of a flax house. During wiring bamboos, he flinched down the ground as he got severe itching all thru his back and neck. Instantly he discovered prickly heat like allergy on his mild skin and started spreading all thru his physique even on the scalp as well. In that time it is also said that Belladonna is also responsible to get chicken pox and irritating allergy.
